Shipping Policy

Chauchas travel to their destination comfortably wrapped in a linen travel bag, and inside a lightweight cardboard box.

As soon as we receive your payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a time estimate for delivery.

Chauchas will be mailed within the next 1 – 2 business days following your order.
Shipping takes usually 5 to 15 days for international delivery, depending on the destination.
Shipping times are approximate and vary due to local customs processes, post traffic jams etc.
Please kindly understand that IMPORT CUSTOMS CAN CAUSE DELAY of the shipment.

We ship certified mail. So please make sure you provide a full name and surname in your shipping address. You will receive a tracking number when the order is shipped.

If you need a faster delivery please contact us to sales@chauchas.com before placing your order and we will let you know about the extra charges applying.
Our handling and shipping costs include transportation, basic custom, and door to door delivery to the address specified in your order. Be aware that local taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

In Chauchas we work very hard so that our shoes make kids and parents happy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at sales@chauchas.com within 72 hours after receiving the package and include the following information in your email:

Order Number:
Detail of the order (number of pairs, color, size):
Reason for the return:
Contact phone number:

We will contact you after reviewing your request and let you know how to proceed.
Please be aware that any return should be done within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned unused and in their original product packaging.

Chauchas will refund the entire amount of your purchase after we receive and process your return.
If the reason for return is not a result of our error, you will be refunded the amount of your purchase minus the cost of shipping both ways.
